Can´t believe how quickly this week went by... even faster than I had imagined. Everyday is sooo busy and the nights are really short since I finish between 9 and 9.30 and then have to take 20 mins to walk home or to the river for a drink. I have my laundry caught up! And it turns out that I was doing it right too. I hid from the owner when he came by today so I didn´t have to talk to him about paying for my sister´s stay last week. haha (hopfing he just forgets about it). It´s really freaking hot here today. I was melting on my walk here. I have a big 2,500 word assignment to do this weekend as well as prepare for Monday´s lesson and Tuesday´s lesson. Still need to go shopping for basics... but I want to save money so I kinda skimp on the whole food idea unless someone like Jose cooks a delish meal or we go out. We had Mexican last night.... it was blah. Can´t compare to Tex-Mex. The course is going so well. We have a lot of fun. It makes me even more interested to study Linguistics... maybe I can do that here sometime too......
